Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

Domestic orders are processed within 10-14 business days and are shipped via USPS First-Class Package Service. Shipping time is normally 1-3 days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone (if phone number has been provided).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once an order has been processed and shipped, the customer will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing the tracking number(s) for their package(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24-48 hours.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipper, USPS, to file a claim. Ties That Bind Handmade is not liable for damages to orders once it has been shipped and is no longer in our possession.

 

Ties That Bind Handmade is not responsible for missing or lost packages. You will need to contact USPS to file a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

International orders will be processed within 10-14 business days and are shipped via USPS First-Class Package International Service. The maximum weight for international orders is 2 lbs (32 oz) and must not exceed $400 in value. The price for shipping starts at $12.25 USD for packages weighing 0-8 oz; the price for shipping starts at $20.75 USD for packages weighing 9-32 oz. However, these prices may vary and be adjusted based on the destination country. Actual shipping times will also vary based on the destination country. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
